  Full to full petrol policy. Fair Fuel Policy: Please return the car with the same amount of fuel as when picked up. We will charge you for every missing quarter of a tank and a refueling fee might apply.

• What is the range age of driver ?

  23 - 75 years old.

• Can I rent with Probational Driving License ?

  No.

• What is your operation hours ?

  8:30am to 6pm everyday, except public holiday.

• What is additional driver ?

  Authorize second driver to drive the car.

• Did you accept card ?

  Yes, we accept all majors credit card Visa / Mastercard.

• Is your company licensed?

  Yes.We are licensed company.

• I’m not a pay pal user.

  You can pay as guest.

• Does car comes with insurance.

  Yes, insurance is compulsory.

• How to reduce excess ?

  You can purchase CDW or Super CDW for zero excess.

• Can we bring durian or smoking ?

  No, fine RM200

• What is your cancelation policy?

  Non-refundable for cancellation less than 48hours before collecting car.

• Did you need International driving license?

  Depend on your citizenship.

• Do I need to make a payment ?

  Yes.To secure booking.You need to make a payment.

• How about a mileage limit ?

  250km / day

• When will refund security deposit ?

  For cash on the spot, Transfer will take 3-5 working days

• Can i do an urgent booking ?

  All reservation must submit 2 days before your pick up date.

• Can i do Urgent cancellation?

  No Refund for cancellation less than 48 hours from Pick Up time.

• Do I need physical driving license and international license ?

  Yes.All drivers must bring your coutry physical license and international driving permit for European, Middle East, Russia , China , Japan , India , Pakistan , Bangladesh, Korea , New Zealand.

• Did you accept e-license ?

  Yes.Only for Malaysia driving license.

• When i need to pay the remaining?

  All payment including security deposit refundable must pay during car collection.

• Do i need to put security deposit

  Yes.Deposit refundable RM300, RM500, RM1000 base on car model.

• How do i Collect the car ?

  Our Team will contact you 1 Day before car collection for instruction.
